Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress and published author. Her first appearance was on daytime soaps like One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later had roles as a supporting actress in primetime television. Andrea Navedo, an American actor and singer, was born from The Bronx New York United States on October 10, 1977. Navedo started her acting career in soaps that aired in the daytime. She played Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 through 1998. In 1999 she joined the cast of the CBS soap drama Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. She began her career in films with a part in Girl 6 (1996), then she starred on the episodes New York Undercover (1997) as well as The District. Navedo played as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the following year. Navedo was a regular actor in the NBC drama series Law & Order between 2001 to 2004, as the role of Detective Ana Cordova. In the following years, he was a part of Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of films, including El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 through 2013. The comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious films were parodied by the film of 2015. Navedo started her acting career on the daytime soaps. Linda Soto was her role in ABC's One Life to Live between 1995 and 1997. Then, in 1999, she made her debut as Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. Her film debut came by playing a minor role on Girl 6 (1996) and later guest-starred in the episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo played on the screen in Double Take (2001), an action-packed comedy.
